Candy or Medicine has a rolling, open submission policy. Basically anyone can submit, granted they follow the guidelines outlined on the Web site, and I'll publish them on a first come, first served basis.
Yeah, the plagiarism thing is pretty crazy. I am not sure what to think about it at all. I know this is a little retarded, but there is some small part of me that gets a kick out of being in a book with such talented people.
Hi John - looking forward to delving into CL a bit more and exploring the works of the creators here. So many comics and so little time to read them and talk about them and tell the world about them.
Melbourne is really lovely bubbling scene at the moment and i'm hoping to chip in my 2 bits to keeping it that way and seeing it grow a bit more.

Thanks for the welcome, John. It's nice to be here.
I'll take a little while to settle in, get the lay of the land, before I'll open my big gob and say stuff. I'm taking a nosey around the different sections of the community at the moment, getting to know the place, and enjoying myself in the process.
I really like the non-mainstream/commercial comics feel of the place. So different from all the Marvel/DC fan sites out there.
Thanks for the welcome :D
I like that the layout is similar to We Make Zines, easy to navigate.
The 144 thing sounds awesome, is there another one coming up? I love the idea of the underground comics thing :D
and are you open to trades (once I finish some)?
