I am host of the radio program TheComicSpot on 3CR Community Radio 855am in Melbourne. Starting as the comic correspondent for the DIY Arts Show i've now graduated to full time presenter of an hour of Australian comic goodness. I also write reviews here and there.

TheComicSpot goes weekly for summer - your favouties for 09?

Starting with a special NYE edition on the 31st Dec at 5pm TheComicSpot will be going weekly for the duration of January 2010.

Melbourne Cartoonist Centre? The Standard Hotel in Fitzroy this Sunday 29th Nov. Bring Opinions!

A few people have been tossing about an idea of having a space dedicated to comics in Melbourne. I've put my hand up to say - let's get this going.

The current vision as I see it is for a place where there are studios for10-12 working cartoonists to rent, a gallery space for exhibitions and launches, a space for workshops, talks and jams, a shared library of comics and books about comics, possibly a sales outlet for comics and art by the people involved.
